Zweigart Fabrics
I have visited the Zweigart factory in Sindelfingen on many occasions and have always been very impressed with the manufacture of the fabric and the quality control that takes place from the arrival of the raw thread at one end and the completed fabric at the other.
I have been using Zweigart fabric as my preferred choice for many years – I feel that it is so important that you use the best quality fabric when you plan to work for many hours on a project.
Thread Collections
Like all stitchers, I collect lovely threads and enjoy combining stranded cotton (floss) with other yarns. There are quite literally hundreds of threads available to the counted stitcher and I could not stock them all but will look forward to supplying lovely collections on an occasional basis.
I have visited the Danish Handcraft Guild a number of times and I know that you will love their special Flower Thread. Flower Thread is a single ply matt thread absolutely ideal for cross stitch on linen or aida.
